Lozada wants head-butting Johnson to seek help

Someone titled a movie; “Why do fools fall in love?” the marriage or marriage that never happened between Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson leaves one asking; how did these incompatible duo come together in the first place?

They were married for 6 weeks, ranking among the shortest unions in recent times and it appears Johnson needs more than a miracle to get back the lady he claims he loves till death.

In a statement Johnson released on Tuesday. “I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death.”

That came after Evelyn had released hers; “I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles.”

“Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I’m grateful to my family, friends and fans for the opportunity of support during this difficult time.”

It even got worse for Johnson as his new contract with the Miami Dolphins was terminated. The Dolphins picked him up after the New England Patriots released him. However he remains positive;

“I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL. To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this touch period in my life.”

Chad and Evelyn got married on the 4th of July but on Saturday night, she saw a receipt for condoms in the player’s car. What followed was an argument that led to Johnson head-butting her according to Evelyn.

Johnson was arrested and charged with domestic battery but was discharged after a $2500 bond the following day. A Boston woman has also come forward alleging she had an affair with Johnson from January to May of this year.
