AT&T pumps $7 billion between 2010- 2012 and races ahead
Northern, WI 02/22/2013 (avauncer) - AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) has invested over $7 billion in wireline and wireless products development in California, over the past two years, it’s focal point being the expansion of 4G LTE internet coverage and improving right-round efficiency of all its networks. AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) pulled out all stops and made close to 3,800 wireless network upgrades in 2012 alone. Every one of its domains, mobile, wireless, and Ethernet connections were updated and upgraded in a bid to improve wireless capacity and coverage at all major, high-demand public venues. This investment initiative will cover 3 years of expansion and enhancement plans that aim at increasing and intensifying the mesh of the wireless network with the addition of over 10,000 macro sites, 40,000 small cells and over 1,000 antenna systems.
