The international fashion show has witnessed an increasing number of Chinese designers over the past few years. NE TIGER, China’s first luxury brand participated in the ‘2012 Experience China- on Tour in Japan’  event, partying the 40th anniversary of Sino-Japan diplomatic relations.

During the celebration, NE-TIGER displayed a uniquely styled fashion show named “Forever Lasting Chinese Traditions”.

Zhang Zhifeng, current chairman of brand conveyed a keynote speech at the fashion forum, organized by Japan Fashion and China Fashion Color Association, where he took part in an in-depth conversation with major designer, and senior executives from Japan as well as China and discussed about ‘brands and markets’. Zhifeng is also the deputy chairman of China Fashion Color Association and chairman of Chinese Group of Asia Fashion Federation.

The country boasts of a long record of clothing culture; China’s historical influence and civilization have been extended across the region and hence, we can see Chinese-style in a number of Asian countries, including South Korea and Japan.

The famous kimonos are heavily influenced by the dressing style of country’s Three Kingdom’s time. The sewing method and textiles of kimonos were brought back to Japan through numerous foreign trade activities between the Kingdom of Japan and Wu.

Today, fashion designers in Italy and France also adapt traditional Chinese designs, such as cloud pattern brocade, silk tapestry, and embroidery in their creations.

The Chinese method of dressing represents an exclusive fashion mode, symbolizing the artistic style of traditional customs of Oriental splendor and embodiment of Chinese civilization.

The Chinese crafts have always been at the front position of the luxury and high end fashion worlds. They are continued to serve as a fashion technique for other countries as a pride of Chinese public and expression of the cultural wealth.

Every design draws its idea from Chinese custom modes of dress, representing unique style of thought and embodiment their civilization and culture, while also creatively including innovative and new modern designs and concepts.
