Blackberry via AT&T- get set go! - T, AAPL & BBRY

Northern, WI 03/12/2013 (avauncer) - The stage has been set and America’s second-largest wireless carrier will start taking customers’ orders for the Z10, the new Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY)’s Flagship mobile device. The new handset will be up for sale only on March 22. The launch price of the Z10 is $199 which will include a two-year service agreement said Dallas-based AT&T Inc (NYSE:T). This is Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY)’s first device to be run on the new BB10 Operating system which is the mainstay of the company’s bid to make an impact on the smartphone market. Blackberry said that the American carrier has a far more lengthy testing process that that followed by carriers in other countries. This has been the main reason for the delay in launching it in the U.S though it has already debuted in several other countries.

New technology from a trusted brand
Both, Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) and AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) are hoping that the new phone will entice customers into replacing the hallmark physical keyboard for the latest touch-screen interface. Jeff Bradley, one of AT&T Inc (NYSE:T)’s senior vice-president said that customers will continue enjoying the secure platform and easy typing function that they expect from any fresh smartphone platform that the company launches.
