HTC U11 shown off on video ahead of official debut

The video appears to be from an event and not only shows the hardware of the U11, but also the device's Edge Sense feature that allows you to perform actions by squeezing the sides of the device.

In other HTC U11 news, an alleged spec list for the device has been shared by @OnLeaks. This is essentially to test the feature on the upcoming HTC U 11, and get a sense of how it works. The video reveals some of the functions of Edge Sense, a new feature that opens some applications when the bottom sides of the unit are squeezed together.

Antonio Conte hopes Chelsea wrap up Premier League title at West Brom
Conversely, it was a bit of a rotten outing for Boro 'keeper Brad Guzan, who was unfortunate enough to be nutmegged for all three goals...

The U 11 has pressure sensitive sides that react to you squeezing the sides of the phones and that lets you control some features of the phone, such as taking pictures and launching Google Assistant.

The company posted a short teaser couple of days before the launch which doesn't reveal much, but the caption, "360 real-life recording", might tell us something. The U11 enables the user to trigger different events based on the strength of the squeeze. However, with Qualcomm announcing the Snapdragon 835, it was clear that the company would announce a worthy successor to the HTC 10 powered by Qualcomm's latest processor. But Hey, it's only 48 hours till we know. The leak from MobileExpose is saying that the HTC U 11 will be priced at TWD 19,990 (Rs. 42,400 app.) and the leak also claims that the device will go on sale as soon as May 19 after the launch on May 16. It includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be further expanded technically up to additional 2TB. The HTC U 11 will sport a 12 MP rear camera and a 16 MP front sensor. It is also expected to have water and dust resistance rating of IP57. In terms of connectivity, there's a USB-C port, but no sign of a 3.5mm headphone jack. However, it broke that rule in January with the HTC U Ultra, and we could see it do so again for the HTC U. If a live stream is published you will find it here.
