Xiaomi has been teasing that it will launch the Redmi 4 smartphone in India today at an event in New Delhi. According to reports, the new Xiaomi Redmi 2 Pro will offer buyers the battery capacity of 4100 mAh battery and a bright screen based on the matrix AMOLED with a diagonal of 5.5 inches. This year, the company has already launched two smartphones in the country -Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4A. The storage can be expanded further using a microSD card. It will be available in Matte Black and Elegant Gold colour variants.

Redmi 4 comes well-equipped with a 13 Megapixel PDAF camera with features like phase detection autofocus, LED flash, touch focus, geo-tagging, face/smile detection, HDR and panorama picture.

Moreover, Snapdragon 435 - the chipset inside the Redmi 4 - is made on the less-efficient 28 nm process, even as smartphone makers are moving to chips made on the more efficient 14 nm technology.

China to open market for United States credit cards, beef
While the Trump administration has touted a surge in USA manufacturing, this agreement does little to help that goal. The U.S and China have agreed upon a trade deal, after a month of negotiations between the two nations.

The Redmi 4 bestows a 5-inch HD 720p display with a 2.5D curved glass IPS display on top. The front camera on the Redmi 4 is a 5MP unit that is also capable of recording 1080p videos. The variant of the Redmi 4 with 3GB RAM and 32 internal storage is priced at ₹8,999, while the variant with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage is priced at ₹10,999 in India. The phone can be purchase in India through Amazon.in as well as Mi.com starting May 23 at 12PM via the flash sales model. It sports an all-metal body and a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

In terms of connectivity, Redmi 4 will come with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, Infrared port, FM Radio, microUSB 2.0, and 3.5-mm headphone jack as connectivity options. This time it is time for Redmi 4 to hit the Indian smartphone market. It measures 139.2x69.6.x8.6mm, and weighs 150 grams. It has Android 6.0 with the latest MIUI 8. The users can assign separate profiles to different fingers for unlocking.
