Facebook killer takes his own life as police close in

Search For Facebook Killer Continues

Stephens posted a video of the killing to Facebook, where it remained for more than two hours before the social network removed it.

"I don't know how to pick up all the pieces of my world at the moment", Lane told WJW-TV.

Green said she last saw her son Saturday.

Restaurant owner Thomas DuCharme Jr and a supervisor told him his fries were delayed, but he eventually drove off and was chased by police before he stopped and shot himself dead.

Green said of Lane: "It's not her fault".

'I'm thinking at that point he might have been thinking someone in the store recognized him, and he was trying to get out of here, ' Ducharme said.

Jim Basinger and Lt. Wayne Kline of the Pennsylvania State police told WCPO's sister station WEWS in Cleveland they were concerned the chase was heading into a highly populated area of Erie, Pennsylvania.

"I seen him in there ordering his food and I was like, 'Oh he look familiar, '" Byes told WIVB.

Gail Wheeler, of Erie, said she was stopped at a light at the McDonald's when Stephens came "whipping out" of the parking lot, almost hitting her.

Stephens was accused of killing the 74-year-old man at random Sunday.

Man held for fake hijack alert in Hyderabad
A few days ago, the woman asked Krishna to take her on a holiday to Mumbai and Goa. Vamshi Krishna said that he had met the girl on Facebook.

When a manager tried to stall him by saying his fries weren't ready he shouted "I can't wait".

Steve Stephens blamed his former girlfriend, Joy Lane, for the killing.

"All I can say is that I wish he had gone down in a hail of 100 bullets", Haymon said.

"I love him and I forgive him".

Godwin will be laid to rest Saturday, almost a week after he his last meal with his children.

"We're at lunchtime (and) we're initiating a pursuit where there are a lot of restaurants", Kline said.

Acting on a tip from the McDonald's, state troopers spotted Stephens leaving the restaurant in Erie and went after him, bumping his auto to try to get it to stop, authorities said.

After his suicide, Pennsylvania State Police recovered a.45-caliber Glock handgun, believed to be the murder weapon, in Stephens' auto, and, according to a law enforcement source, a.380-caliber pistol at the home of his ex-girlfriend, Joy Lane.
