Authorities: Tennessee student, teacher found in California

Teacher accused of kidnapping student arrested in California

"Her mood was very alternating", he said.

"Looking back, it's weird", Barry said.

Cummins is wanted by authorities on charges including aggravated kidnapping. Cummins was arrested after he came out the cabin with the girl walking behind him, the sheriff's office said.

A tip led law enforcement to a remote cabin at Cecilville, about two hours from the nearest police station.

"These two had a relationship to the extent where she didn't exhibit any anger toward him. I was like, 'That's the guy, '" he said.

"This is not somewhere they had frequently visited", her attorney said.

On March 13, Cummins told his wife he needed to borrow her Nissan Rogue to go for a job interview at the Williamson County Medical Center. "The student related that Cummins rambled on and on about how much he loved his wife, but indicated that VICTIM sometimes went to church with him and his wife and that VICTIM had a troubled past".

O'Hare was not on the property but the cabin's caretaker spoke to the couple, he said.

Bozeman also told News 2 the family is absolutely elated she was found, and federal agents said it would be about a day before they can see the 15-year-old again.

The girl has returned to Tennessee.

Fast and Furious 8: When will the saga end?
I think the movie was a huge success, the cast and crew did an incredible job with stunting and keeping the watchers entertained. I'm imagining The Rock hurling Statham across the room at a bunch of baddies like Colossus tossing Wolverine at a Sentinel.

The former teacher is due in a California court Friday, facing federal and state charges stemming from her disappearance.

Cummins surrendered to police on Thursday near a remote cabin in Cecilville, California.

The Maury County Public Schools released a statement, obtained by PEOPLE, reading, "The news of Elizabeth Thomas' safe return is wonderful news for our community, and now, we can begin healing as a community, school district and as families touched by the AMBER Alert". He said Thursday he didn't want to talk about the teacher.

A girl missing from middle-Tennessee since March has been found safe in northern California.

Surveillance video from Wal-Mart stores in Oklahoma City and Guymon captured video of the student and teacher.

The affidavit starts with a School Resource Officer that contacted a sheriff's investigator late January reporting that students had seen Cummins and Thomas kiss.

He described her condition as alternating between "stoic" and "emotional", understandable given the circumstances, he said.

The girl's father has told news media he believes his daughter was brainwashed.

At this time, Cummins faces a kidnapping charge in the AMBER Alert case and is also charged with sexual contact with a minor after he allegedly kissed Thomas at school earlier this year.
