Trump welcomes 21000 to his first Easter Egg Roll

President Donald Trump addressed the crowd with this wife Melania, son Barron, and the Easter Bunny stating how this nation will be "stronger and bigger and better" than ever before.

"We're going to come out and join you, and enjoy your company for a roll", said the president from his papal-like perch overlooking the White House lawn.

"This is the 139th Easter Egg Roll".

Before joining the festivities with his family, Trump thanked his wife for "working on this for a long time to make it flawless".

Trump aide Kellyanne Conway and White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, who once played the role of the Easter Bunny in costume in 2008 during the George W. Bush administration, were spotted getting their photos taken in the crowd.

Goldman Sachs has a rare earnings miss and the stock drops
Goldman Sachs reported first-quarter earnings Tuesday that missed on both the top and bottom line as trading revenue disappointed. Goldman's investment banking business grew profits in the quarter, but its growth was not all the different from its competition.

"We're doing the egg roll hanging out and having a good time", said participant Cullen Gullott. "Think of it, 139", Trump said today, welcoming families to the annual event, which was dampened by intermittent rain.

On the other hand, Trump also expressed his heartfelt thanks to his wife, Melania, in being the instrument for the planning and preparing towards the success of this year's Easter Egg Roll.

The egg-rolling event, which dates to 1878, was smaller this year, down from 35,000 ticket holders last year. It was just made smaller, down from the 35,000 people who got tickets previous year, but retaining such activities as a reading nook, an area to send messages to US troops and an entertainment stage.

Having this new tradition of spectacular dresses during a White House event, people will now be expecting more from First Lady Melania Trump. Moments later, Trump blew a whistle three times, each time sending youngsters scurrying to use a wooden spoon to maneuver a dyed egg across a finish line. "I've seen those kids, and they're highly, highly competitive", Donald said.
